Boneless Beef Hough
Boneless hough when slow cooked is a sweet flavoured meat due to the high gelatinous content. When cooked for long slow periods of time this really does melt in the mouth. Favoured by many traditional cooks as the best beef cut for slow cookers, overnight casseroles and highly flavoured sweet curried dishes.
Allow a minimum of 4 hours at a low temperature 160 -170’C
