Rib Roast is a real roast full of flavour due to the seams of fat running through the meat. These give a succulent and rich flavour to the meat once cooked. The bone has been removed from this joint for easy carving.
Dry aged for 21+ days must make this the finest cut of all for a family event or entertaining guests. To appreciate this at its best serve slightly pink in the middle with a good red wine!
