Quick Steaming Sausage Casserole

Try adding some tinned chopped tomatoes, chopped red peppers, onions, some chopped fresh chilli and handful of fresh basil. Simmer these until the sauce has reduced by a third and serve with steamed vegetables or rice! Season to taste and serve. Perfect!
