450g Diced Stewing Steak

Supplied vacuum packed suitable for home  freezing

Great for casseroles or making your own steak pie. Dust with seasoned flour and brown in a frying pan or heavy-based casserole, add onions and diced vegetables, some stock and a glass of wine. Cook on a low heat for 3-4 hours and serve with seasonal steamed greens and potatoes or crispy bread.
