4 Thick Pork, Mushroom and Garlic Sausages

300g (10 oz)

Vacuum packed suitable for home freezing

Try grilling the sausages then chopping them in half diagonally. Add to a casserole dish with tinned tomatoes, a little stock, onion, fresh basil and spinach. Cook until reduced by a third and serve with crusty bread or jacket potato.
